Personal Injury and Wrongful Death Claims
In representing clients who have been injured in accidents, I manage claims for compensation for medical bills, pain and suffering, rehabilitation, lost wages and property damage. I assist clients who have sustained injuries on someone else's property, such as a slip-and-fall accident, as well as clients in wrongful death actions resulting from car, truck or motorcycle accidents. I prepare all cases as if they are going to trial, even if this is not necessary.
Although I prepare all my cases as if they will go to trial, as a Certified Mediator and experienced negotiator, I attempt to settle a case for a fair and just amount of compensation. When settlement cannot be reached, I discuss the pros and cons of filing a lawsuit so that you can decide if you want to sue. If we agree, I will not hesitate to file a lawsuit on your behalf.
